    What is a Clinical Care Coordinator?

    • Coordinates care for all types of diagnosed and undiagnosed cancer patients
    • Provides educational and emotional support to patients and their family members throughout the cancer journey
    • Serves as an advocate for the patient and will coordinate care based on the referring providers’ preferred specialists and diagnostic testing locations
    • Serves as a valuable liaison between patients and the comprehensive team of treatment providers
    • Performs follow-up between our office and yours to increase connectivity with you and your patients
    • Decreases and/or eliminates the need for duplicate testing
    • For your office, this coordinated effort translates into faster treatment, better outcomes, and fewer headaches
