Choice Cancer Care is teaming up with Top Chefs to Create Cancer Fighting Recipes

Choice Cancer Care, an independent, physician-owned cancer center in North Texas is teaming up with the top chefs in their area who are going to create and share their cancer fighting recipes. These chefs are all set to make Cancer Fighting Recipes using cancer preventative ingredients to help the body fight getting cancer. These new recipes can help the patients of Choice Care Center as well as their friends and family create great tasting meals with the added benefit of cancer fighting ingredients.

The latest recipe comes from Chef Melody Fitzgerald the culinary genius behind Southern Breeze Market Café. She got her start as the pastry chef at The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, where she worked under the direction of James Wagner and Dean Fearing. Inspired by the Fitzgeralds’ favorite restaurants along the Carolina coast, Southern Breeze does market fare with low-country flair, offering timeless southern cuisine that is made from scratch with only premium ingredients.
