Some tips to help prevent cancer
Today, many Texas cancer institutes are taking the necessary steps to control cancer by improving their cancer treatment techniques. Efforts are being developed in cancer diagnosis procedures in order to ensure a correct and timely diagnosis of various types of cancer.
What is cancer – An abnormal growth of tissue or cells which tend to grow in an uncontrolled way is known as Cancer. Cancer has many different forms which involve any tissue or cell from any part of the human body and most of the cancers are named for the type of cell or organ in which they start. Cancer frequency does not equate to cancer mortality. Skin cancers are often curable whereas lung cancer is the leading cause of death from cancer for both men and women. Today, research and development is continuously monitored by Texas cancer institutes.
A few suggestions which can help in preventing cancer are:
Food: Eat organic produce, especially fruits and vegetables whose peels are eaten, and avoid red meat.
Cell-phones: Limit your calls as much as possible, to lower direct microwave penetration to your brain.
Non-stick cookware and stain repellents:Throw out any old, cracked non-stick pans, since the chemical, PFOA, used to make the non-stick coating has been linked to cancer.
